About Christy

Christy has been teaching piano lessons for 25 years to students from age 3 to 73.  Her passion is in inspiring students to find their inner musician and reach their musical goals.  Through use of hands-on activities, games, studio challenges/contests, there is plenty of fun to be had as students pursue their goals.  Christy has completed her ARCT through RCM is a member of the BCRMTA as well as a gold medal winner for Elementary Pedagogy studies.

When not at work in her studio, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, skiing, and painting.
